Your challenge is ours

Sharpist follows an extended definition of full-stack design and would like to invite you to a challenge rooted in interaction design:

  • Translate the Sharpist design language into deliverables for our engineering team
  • Constantly improve the user interface, based on data from user experience tests you run together with our product management
  • Conversational Design
  • Win and understand core user needs with regards to their professional and personal development, in exchange with our behavioral content specialists
  • Integrate our users' coaching experience – that they make via video and chat, plus the consumption of micro-learnings – into their user experience
  • Build an understanding of all processes related to our different stakeholders: professionals (users), coaches, and corporate decision makers
  • Transfer interaction goals into a seamless, gamified user experience covering all relevant product features, while killing irrelevant styling components

You'll need this stack to tackle our challenge

  • Previous experience as a designer & UI / UX designer
  • Experience leading end-to-end design processes
  • Contributed as the primary designer on at least one product design cycle
  • Experience in designing services for multiple stakeholders
  • Grasp of animations, illustrations, iconography is a plus
